Ala Therapy Collective brings together a flock of clinicians, who are joined by a commitment to an out-of-the-box (or an out-of-the-birdcage), person-centered approach to therapy. Jenny Meigs Counseling & Psychotherapy
Jenny Meigs
I assist adult clients in seeing how their past could be affecting them in their present life. We work together to identify schemas and heal the wounds that have become emotional hindrances and relationship barriers. Additionally, I believe that relational issues can often begin or be perpetuated by differences in temperament/personality and unhealthy boundaries. I see great value in helping others learn to interact and deal with conflict more effectively and find hope no matter how hopeless they may feel.
Ultimately, I help people identify their values, uncover their core/authentic self, and gain the courage to live congruently. I use a person-centered and systems approach, interwoven with a personality typology framework. The modalities I primarily use are IFS (Internal Family Systems) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).

I understand the anxiety and awkwardness that comes with reaching out for help. My goal as a therapist is to make the process as comfortable and easy as possible.
We can work together to create a safe space so that you may be free to be yourself. Life is hard! And sometimes it can seem to be too much to handle.
My philosophy is to provide a safe and caring space so that you might transform difficulties into understanding. I believe everyone has a story to tell and deserves the opportunity to be heard. I would be honored to hear yours. I have experience working with individuals dealing with grief, trauma, relationship problems, and other challenging issues.
I have worked with couples in search of pre-martial counseling as well as couples needing marital counseling. You do not have to struggle alone. If you are interested in getting started, feel free to contact me.

Wholehearted Therapy
Sarah Hill
Hi! I'm Sarah Hill. I've been a therapist since 2013 and started my private practice, Wholehearted Therapy LLC, in 2020. I love working with high-achieving people who struggle with anxiety - especially those woh feel the pressure to always be "on."
Whether you're a new business owner navigating the stress of being your own boss, a mom drowning in mental to-do lists, or a woman re-evaluating a long-term relationship, therapy can help you find the clarity and calm you've been craving.
My niche is helping sensitive, driven people untangle the things they feel stuck on: the relationships that feel confusing or unbalanced, and the physical toll of sleepless nights and chronic stress- often brought on by major life transitions.
My approach is compassionate and trauma-informed. I'm trained in the Level One Healing Our Core Issues Model, which blends core concepts of codependency, body-based work, mindfulness, and attachment theory. Combined with other evidence-based tools, this work helps my clients feel more regulated, empowered, and connected to themselves.
