Barrier Consulting is a virtual assistant agency focused on placing high quality, US based VA's with business owners through our boutique placement process. All of our VAs are women with professional backgrounds and experience they are bringing to the table.
These ladies are not doing this as a 'side hustle' but rather as a career, leaving their corporate lives to build their own businesses.
We are known for our boutique placement process, allowing us to place high quality assistants with clients in a smooth and seamless process. We dive deep into the client's needs, their company, culture, values, work style, communication style, leadership style, etc. We are looking at the skills they need, but also the soft skills that will allow for a really great, long term working relationship.
We offer onboarding support once placement has been completed and help guide our clients through working with their virtual assistant, so they can achieve the success they are wanting in their business.

Having spent the first part of my adult life homeschooling my three boys and helping family members run their businesses, I didn’t get the chance to fully focus on growing my own business until I was almost 40. So, I completely understand the urgency to make every moment count when building a standout personal brand. I want to help you do just that—with images that feel like you and connect with the people you’re meant to reach.
After three kids and life in my 40s, I know firsthand how easy it is to fall into negative body talk and comparison. I also know that most women—myself included—don’t naturally feel comfortable in front of the camera. That’s why I take an intuitive, relaxed approach to photography, guiding you in a way that feels natural, empowering, and completely you. My goal is for you to see yourself the way the world already does—strong, beautiful, and completely worthy of showing up and being seen.
